Tommi Mäkinen Racing

Tommi Makinen Racing Oy Ltd was established by Tommi Makinen in 2004 after a highly successful World Rally Championship career. The four times World Rally Champion (1996-99) and four times Monte Carlo Rally winner, after spending the last two years of his career with the Subaru World Rally Team, moved to become a Subaru Technica International (STI) partner for the development and production of Subaru Group N cars.

The company has built up a reputation, from its small home in Puuppola, Finland, as one of the world’s foremost suppliers of Subaru Group N products available today.

The TMR entry into the 2008 P-WRC marks a new era in the development of the company. The relationship with Team Sidvin India with Naren Kumar driving, will help TMR to further expand the company’s brand awareness and world wide position.
